How to Activate:
1. Locate the 7-digit or 15-digit IMEI number on the side of your tracker (e.g., 0015000 or 868022033626666).
2. Fill out the form below with your tracker’s number and your personal details.
Once submitted, we will create your account on our tracking portal and register your device(s) and email your login credentials though. (these are different from your login details for this website / our purchasing website). This process typically takes maximum 1 business day.
Installation Support:
For installation instructions, scan the barcode inside your tracker’s packaging to access the quick install guide. This guide along with additional details will also be included in your welcome email once your device is registered against your account, so lookout for that email.
